Before UMass: 2009 member of the South African U21 Hockey World Cup Team and a member of the South African U19 National Team ... Attended Rhodes University, where she was a back-to-back nominee for the school's Sportswoman of the Year Award ... In 2008 she was a member of the South African U18 National Team, a member of the Eastern Province U18 Team on which she served as team captain and was the field hockey winner at the Makana Civic Awards ...
