Opportunities for Giving
The Minutemen Club has been an invaluable resource for the UMass Athletic Department since it was established in 1991. Originally started as the UMass Athletic Fund, the Minutemen Club has broadened its purpose to include programmatic support for student-athletes. Annual gifts support all 21 varsity sports and more than 650 student-athletes.
Individual Sport Giving
We invite donors, alumni, and fans to give to their UMass team of choice. The Minutemen Club encompasses 21 booster programs that allow additional funding to go towards travel, program enhancements, and other special projects that directly impact each team at an individual level. Booster programs have separate membership levels and benefits; however, every gift of $25 or more qualifies you as a member of the Minutemen Club (e.g. a $1,500 gift to the UMass Football Gridiron Club also provides you with Minutemen Club benefits at the $1,500 All-American level). Dollar for dollar, your support goes a long way.
