Millon is living proof that practice makes nearly perfect.
Memorable Moment: During one of his final seasons on the Bayhawks, Millon was outfitted with a heart monitor for a TV game. The commentators monitored his heart rate throughout the game and found that even after the conclusion of the contest, Millon's heart beat was relatively even despite never leaving the field of play.
