The UMass football team was able to generate over 200 new donor applicants for the Bone Marrow Donor Registry on Wednesday afternoon. The Minutemen helped signed up potential donors to the registry where they could possibly help save the life of someone dealing with blood cancers. In 2012, former UMass defensive back Ryan Carter was actually selected as bone marrow match and made the donation to help save a five-year-old boys life.
