As the 2011 season approaches, College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) will be releasing a preseason watch list each week. Four CAA running back's, including UMass' Jonathan Hernandez, were included. Eastern Washington's Taiwan Jones is the 2010 recipient.

The other CAA RB's include Andrew Pierce (Delaware), Dontra Peters (UNH), Jonathan Grimes (William & Mary).
