Former all-star defenseman and captain Mike Kostka has been making a name for himself over the last three seasons since departing UMass. After two solid years in with Portland of the AHL, this season he has been one of the top point producing blueliners for the Rochester Americans. The Rochester Democrat and Chronicle has a nice feature story on Kostka and his journey.
