Forbes, Lasme Play Big Minutes In NBA Preseason

UMass' back-to-back Atlantic 10 Players of Year Gary Forbes and Stephane Lasme are making big pushes to make their respective NBA teams. Last night, but played big minutes as they came off the bench early.

With the Denver Nuggets in a 122-108 loss to Minnesota, Forbes scored 15 points and had seven rebounds in just 20 points.

With the Celtics, Lasme was the second sub off the bench and played 28 minutes. He had six points, making all three of his field goal attempts, while grabbing three rebounds. The Celtics lost 103-92 at Philadelphia.
