AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts junior forward Cole O'Hara and sophomore goaltender Michael Hrabal have earned spots on the Hockey East All-Star Teams, the league announced on Friday. It marks the first career recognition for O'Hara, while Hrabal becomes the first Minuteman netminder to be named an All-Star twice.

O'Hara, a candidate for the Hobey Baker Award, earned a spot on the league's first team. Through 37 games, the Richmond Hill, Ontario native is tied for second in the nation and ranks first in Hockey East in points with 50 on 22 goals and 28 assists. He is +21 with four game-winning goals, seven power-play goals and one shorthanded tally. O'Hara is tied for sixth nationally in goals and assists, second and third in Hockey East, respectively.

The two-time Hockey East Player of the Week broke a program record that stood for more than 20 years with a 13-game point streak that ran from January 18 to March 7, the fourth-longest nationally this season. In league action, O'Hara finished with 29 points (13g, 16a) in 24 games and was +7 with four power-play goals, two game winners and one shorthanded. He ranked in the top-five in points (tied fifth), goals (fifth), and assists (fourth).

The Prague, Czechia native has appeared in 33 games thus far with 32 starts and holds a 2.34 goals-against average and a .927 save percentage with a record of 18-10-5. His 949 saves on the year ranks second all-time in program history for a single season, trailing only Jonathan Quick's total of 1,046 from 2006-07. In Hockey East play this season, Hrabal held a 2.33 GAA and .929 save percentage with a record of 9-8-5 and two shutouts, appearing in 22 games with 21 starts for a total of 1,264 minutes.
