Beech Scores In The Clutch As Minutewomen Defeat Davidson

Davidson, N.C. -- Grad Student Jess Beech netted a dagger late in the fourth to quarter to lift Massachusetts (9-6, 3-2) to a 3-2 victory over Davidson (5-10, 0-5) on Friday night in North Carolina.
With her game-winning goal in the fourth quarter Beech now sits tied for the team lead in goals and second in points (11). Beech now has 39 career goals in the maroon and white.
Grad Student Claire Danahy and senior Izzy Acquaviva each recorded their first goals of the season on Friday.
