Las Vegas Holiday Invitational
Monday's game against Arkansas-Pine Bluff marks game two of the Las.Vegas Holiday Invitational for the Minutemen. UMass fell 68-63 to Howard at the Mullins Center on Friday night and will next fly west for a pair of games in Las Vegas. On Thanksgiving, the Minutemen will take on Southern Illinois at Orleans Arena before facing the winner of Nevada/Tulsa on Friday, Nov. 23. Both games from Orleans Arena will be televised on Fox Sports 1.

Home Sweet Home
The Minutemen will play their first five games of the season in front of the home crowd at the Mullins Center with Monday's match-up against the Golden Lions marking the final contest in that stretch. Since 2015-16, UMass is 22-5 in non-conference games at the Mullins Center following Friday's narrow loss to Howard.

Pipkins Honored For 1,000 Points, Among League Leaders
Luwane Pipkins was honored prior to the Harvard game for reaching the 1,000 point plateau last year against George Mason in the Atlantic 10 Tournament. The guard was the 51st player in program history to achieve the milestone. With a 21.8 point per game average following Friday's game, Pipkins is the second-leading overall scorer currently in the Atlantic 10.
