Trio Set to Join Football for 2016

AMHERST, Mass. -- University of Massachusetts football and head coach Mark Whipple have announced a trio of walk-ons who will enroll in classes and join the program prior to the 2016 season.
Randy Alay is a kicker from Waltham, Mass. As a senior for Waltham High School in 2015, he converted all 16 of his extra points and 10 of 12 field goals. For his career, he is 9-of-10 on field goal attempts beyond 30 yards, and 6-of-7 in attempts beyond 40 yards.
Cole Morrison is a tight end from Dalton, Mass. As a senior for Wahconah High School in 2015, he caught four passes for 90 yards and two touchdowns, including a two-catch, 51-yard performance against West Springfield in November where he hauled in a 38-yard touchdown.
Adam Tucker is a linebacker from Marshfield, Mass. He played prep football as a Boston College High School as a defensive end and tight end. He was team captain for the 2015 season.
