UMass Finishes Third At Final Regular-Season Multi-Team Event

2015 Dartmouth Invitational Final Results
WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, Vt. - The Massachusetts men's swimming team completed its final multi-team event prior to the Atlantic 10 Championship on Saturday, finishing with 779 points at the Dartmouth Invitational.
Michael Glenn continued his strong showing at the 2-day event, finishing second in the 400 Individual Medley, before claiming gold in the 100 Breaststroke in the morning session band collecting the double with a gold in the 200 Breast in the afternoon swim.
Hao Luong swam to a pair of second-place efforts in the 100 Butterfly and 100 Backstroke. Teammate Oliver Wyeth was third in the back for the Minutemen. Luong later paced a trio of UMass swimmers in the 200 Back with another runner-up, ahead of Heath Maginn in fourth and Ian Wilson in sixth.
Alessandro Bomprezzi was second in the 1650 Freestyle to open the afternoon session, with Kyle Vieira touching in fourth place.
Wiktor Karpinski was the top finisher for the Maroon & White in the 100 Free with a third-place performance.
UMass completed the meet with 779 points. Dartmouth was first with 1221.5 points and Connecticut College took second with 951.5 points.
The Minutemen will conclude their regular-season next Saturday with a dual meet at Fordham. The A-10 Championships are set for Feb. 18-21 at the Spire Center in Geneva, Ohio.
