SAAC To Sponsor Food Drive

AMHERST, Mass. - The University of Massachusetts Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is sponsoring a food drive to benefit the South Hadley Food Pantry. They will be collecting non-perishable food items at the men's lacrosse game versus Delaware on April 29 and at the softball game versus Fordham on April 30. Most-needed items include cereals, canned meats, soups, stews, peanut butter, jelly, and pasta. Please join SAAC in helping needy families by bringing canned goods to these upcoming games.

The South Hadley Food Pantry is a community project that opened in January, 2011. More information can be found at www.shfoodpantry.org
