UMass to Face Stony Brook One Day Earlier

AMHERST, Mass.- The date of the UMass/Stony Brook dual meet was changed from Saturday, October 20 at 1:00 p.m. to Friday, October 19 at 2:00 p.m. at the Boyden Pool. This event will be their second of the season and will take place on UMass' homecoming weekend.
The Women's Swimming and Diving team have faced Stony Brook three times in the past beginning in 2004 and remain undefeated against the Sea Wolves will an all-time record of 3-0-0 their last win coming at Stony Brook 190-110.
The Men's Swimming and Diving team is also undefeated against the Sea Wolves but have faced them one fewer time than the women, as they faced Stony Brook in 2005 for the first time, holding an all-time record of 2-0-0 their last win also coming at Stony Brook 185-112.
The teams will return to action in their first meet of the year vs. Boston University on October 13, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in the Joseph Rogers Pool in Boyden.
