AMHERST, Mass. -- Tuesday's women's soccer game between Massachusetts and Albany scheduled for 4:00 p.m. in New York has been cancelled due to poor field conditions and it will not be made up. Heavy rain has been falling in the Albany area on and off since Saturday evening and the forecast calls for more of the same this afternoon.

The Minutewomen (2-0-1) will now host Hartford (0-1-2) Sunday at 1:00 PM at Rudd Field. UMass is ranked eighth in the Northeast Region by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and 11th by Soccer Buzz. Live video of the game will be available through UMass All-Access while live stats will be on Gametracker.
