* UMass is now 20-1 against FCS teams over the last two seasons including 17 regular-season wins against FCS teams. UMass has won 13 conference games in a row, going 8-0 last season and is off to 5-0 start this year.

* Courtney Robinson moved to eighth in career kickoff return yardage with 30 in the game. He moved past Tony Williams (891) on the game's opening kickoff and now has 894.
* Michael Hanson had a career-high 3.5 TFLs and career-high two sacks.
* Cesar Rosario had his second career interception on William & Mary's final offensive play of the game.
* UMass gained 179 yards on the ground, including a minus-43 team rush on a snap that went over punter Brett Arnold's head.
