Football Coach's Show Live on Tuesday Night

AMHERST, Mass. - This week's "Coors Light Coach's Show with Mark Whipple" will be taped at The Hangar Pub & Grill in Amherst on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Because of the UMass hockey game with Vermont, it will be aired on tape at 7 p.m. on Wednesday on WRNX (100.9 FM, Holyoke) and on the internet at umassathletics.com through SportsJuice.com.
The Minutemen are Atlantic 10 co-champions and will travel to Colgate for the first round of the NCAA Division I playoffs. Coach Whipple will talk about the Colgate game, in addition to looking back at last week's win over Rhode Island with host Bob Behler. The player guests will be quarterback Jeff Krohn and safety Anton McKenzie.
The game at Colgate on Saturday will be broadcast over UMass Sports Radio beginning with the pre-game show at 12 Noon, with the kickoff at 12:30 p.m. WRNX (100.9 FM, Holyoke) is the flagship station. WCAP (980 AM, Lowell) and WATD (95.9 FM, Marshfield) are the eastern Massachusetts affiliates. The broadcast will also be available over the internet at umassathletics.com through SportsJuice.com. The broadcast crew includes Bob Behler on play-by-play; Bob Pickett on color commentary; Matt Goldstein on the sidelines; and Adam Frenier in the studio.
