George "Trigger" Burke UMass Athletics Hall of Fame

2017 Hall of Fame Wide Shot

Founded in 1969 to recognize excellence in athletic achievement, the UMass Athletic Hall of Fame includes numerous individuals who left everlasting marks on UMass athletics. Dormant since 1982, the Hall received new life in December, 1996 as a result of the generosity of George "Trigger" Burke, a former UMass basketball standout and current Hall of Fame member. The Hall is located on the third floor of the Mullins Center and is open to the general public.
