Warren Hayden was named Director of Ticket Sales and Operations in April 2020. He is responsible for managing all aspects of ticket sales and ticket operations for the athletic department.

Hayden, an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts began his work in the UMass Athletic Ticket Office in August 2016 serving as the Ticket Operations Coordinator, and was promoted to Ticket Operations Manager in April 2018. His primary duties in that role included reconciling and processing all ticket related deposits, hiring and managing ticket office student employees, as well as assisting in the sales and customer service related to all tickets sold.

As an undergraduate student, Warren was a student manager for the men’s basketball program, serving as head manager for the 2015-16 season. As head manager, he was responsible for equipment operations, scouting assistance and supervision of other managers.

A native of Shrewsbury, Mass., Hayden earned his bachelor’s degree from the Isenberg School of Management in Marketing in 2016.
