Roehrich joins the staff full time after spending two seasons as a lead recruiting student assistant for the program. As an assistant, she aided in the coordination and execution of all major recruiting events, including campus tours, game-day experience and official visits. She also handled a variety of administrative tasks to support the recruitment of all prospective student-athletes by organizing materials, maintaining databases and collaborating communication efforts with the Director of Football On-Capus Recruiting. Roehrich created position-specific film cut ups to assist high school level recruiting evaluations, working directly with position coaches, the Director of High School Recruiting and the General Manager.

Roehrich was also a property assistant with Learfield UMass Sports Properties for two years. With Learfield, she ensured proper display of sponsor advertisement and successful distribution of additional promotional materials at McGuirk Alumni Stadium and the Mullins Center. She also facilitated audience engagement for several UMass sports, including hockey, football and basketball, by coordinating and executing in-game interactive promotions and showcasing corporate sponsors.

Additionally, Roehrich was an activities coordinator for the Boys and Girls Club of Metro North for five years. There, she led the onboarding and training of new staff, guided daily tasks, helped in conflict resolution and carried out all appropriate childcare responsibilities.

Roehrich also worked with the Falmouth Commodores of the Cape Cod Baseball League as a gameday operations intern for one season. She organized autograph sessions for the annual All-Star Game, managed logistics for over 5,000 fans, while helping in the generation of over $200,000 for team operations through merchandise sales, in-game raffles and crowd activities.

Roehrich earned her bachelor’s in sport management from Isenberg School of Management at UMass in May of 2026. She was named to the Dean’s List five times, was a recipient of the McCormack Diversity Fund Scholarship and was awarded the 2026 Top Senior accolade from the McCormack Department of Sport Management.

During her time at UMass, Roehrich was a member of the Women in Sport Management Club, serving as both the Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Marketing.
