Katie Lenois is beginning her 27th year as the University of Massachusetts women's basketball administrative assistant in 2021-22. She helps with the daily operation of the office, including fielding phone calls, ordering supplies and equipment and making travel arrangements for all team travel and coaches' recruiting trips.

Lenois and her husband, Darren, have two sons, Brandon and Ryan. She resides with her family in nearby Montague, Massachusetts.
