Brandon Wickett joined the sports performance staff at UMass in March 2020 and works directly with the hockey and baseball programs, helping Massachusetts hockey to a national championship in 2020-21.
Wickett came to UMass from the University of Minnesota where he was an athletic performance intern, assisting with the Gophers’ men’s and women’s ice hockey teams. He was a graduate fellow strength and conditioning coach at Merrimack in 2018-19 while earning his Master’s in exercise and sport science.
Wickett is a graduate of William Patterson where he earned his Bachelor of Science in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science in 2018. He currently resides in Hadley.
