FORD ON PENNIE: 'Matt is a constant leader on our team, which is why he has been named a team captain. He is somebody that works everyday to make every play better and he is just a huge asset to the basketball team in many different ways. Matt has done a great job for us since making the move from a team manager to a walk-on practice team player. His size really helps us in terms of depth in the front court.
