Ashleigh Wick joined the Massachusetts football staff as the team's Director of Football On-Campus Recruiting and Administrative Operations in July 2022. She is responsible for planning and leading all official and unofficial recruiting visits to campus, including travel arrangements, itineraries, venues and meals. She also orchestrates all recruiting communications, including letter writing, graphic mailers, and coach phone calls. She is also responsible for open communication with the UMass compliance office in relation to official visit management. She oversees the program's administrative day-to-day operations, along with assisting in team operations including both home and away game logistics.
Wick came to Amherst after spending a year as a recruiting operations assistant for the Florida State Football team. While there, she performed administrative duties related to the recruitment of prospective student-athletes and helped in the planning and execution of all major recruiting functions, including official and unofficial visits, game days, larger recruiting events, camps and clinics. She also completed all necessary compliance paperwork prior to and after each visit.
Wick received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Bachelor of Science in Environment and Society, additionally majoring in Business Management, from Florida State in 2022.
