University of Massachusetts head football coach Walt Bell welcomed Ben Bradley to the program’s staff in Spring 2019, joining the Minutemen as a defensive graduate assistant and assistant defensive line coach. He most recently served a brief stint on staff at Division II Missouri Southern State in Winter 2018.

Bradley’s first coaching experience came in Kansas at Hutchinson Community College (2015) as assistant defensive line coach, before serving as defensive line coach at Garden City Community College (2018).

In 2018, his Garden City squad continued one of the most dominant stretches in program history. The Broncbusters finished the year 10-1, winning the Jayhawk Conference and coming within a two-point conversion of winning the NJCAA Championship. Bradley’s defensive line contributed to a team total of 34 sacks on the season which ranked 11th nationally.

A two-year defensive lineman at Auburn (2013-14), Bradley appeared in 27 games during his Tigers career with nine starts. The 12-2 run of the 2013 squad included an appearance in the final BCS Championship Game, capping a season that saw the Tigers capture the SEC title and also win the Iron Bowl in improbable fashion over Alabama. He arrived at Auburn as a junior college transfer from Hutchinson.

Bradley hails from Covington, Georgia and earned his bachelor’s degree in public administration in 2014 at Auburn.
