Before UMass: Played 16 games in his only season with Boston College during a shortened 2020-21 season, including seven starts ... Was third on the team averaging 11.0 points per game last season on 43% shooting from the floor ... Averaged more than 25 minutes per game and was second on the team with 38 assists despite missing four games ... One of his best nights came against Miami on Jan. 12, 2021 when he dropped 27 points on 10-of-16 shooting (7-of-12 from three) and four assists in an 84-62 victory at Conte Forum ... Prior to joining Boston College, Kelly spent three seasons at Quinnipiac ... As a junior in 2019-20, started in all 30 games, leading the team in scoring (16.7 ppg) and assists (4.5 apg) en route to All-MAAC Second Team and All-Academic Team honors for the second straight season ... He finished the season No. 2 in the MAAC in scoring, tallying double figures in 25 games, and reached the 1,000 career point mark on Jan. 24, 2020 vs. Fairfield.

Before College: Played his final prep season at Cheshire Academy, coming from Fairfield Prep, and was rated the No. 16 prospect in Connecticut in 2017 by the New England Recruiting Report ... Was named Second Team All-New England as a senior at Cheshire Academy, and also helped Fairfield Prep to the 2015 Connecticut Class LL state championship.
