2018-19 Massachusetts Basketball Parquet Pass
Introducing the new and improved Parquet Pass for Massachusetts Basketball! This season, you can pick from two different passes that include 20 or 10 flexible ticket vouchers! Ticket vouchers may be redeemed for any 2018-19 regular season home game. Purchasers choose the matchup and the quantity of tickets needed for each game. Tickets will be delivered digitally to your mobile device 24 hours prior to each game, and your exact seating location will vary from game to game. Don't delay, passes are limited!
Though the Parquet Pass admits you to our 2018-19 home games, it does not come with any of the Season Ticket Holder benefits, or a specific/same seating location for each game. For information regarding Season Tickets, please contact the Athletics Box Office at 1-866-UMASS-TIX.

How to Use Your Parquet Pass
STEP 1: Log In
After you have purchased your Parquet Pass, visit ParquetPass.com on your iPhone or Andriod device. Enter your name, the email address you used to purchase and your mobile phone number and click continue.
STEP 2: Redeem Your Ticket(s)
Next, you can redeem tickets for upcoming events you want to attend. Tap Redeem Tickets, and switch between events by scrolling right/left at the top and select the game on each date. Tickets are first come, first served, and availability varies between events.
Once you select an event, select the number of tickets you want to redeem, tap Redeem Tickets and follow the prompts to confirm your selection.
STEP 3: Access Your Mobile Ticket(s)
After redeeming your tickets, you’ll see the available ticket management options for the event you chose in your Fan Hub. Use these mobile tickets to scan into the venue on game day.
STEP 4: Enjoy the Game!
Go back to ParquetPass.com on your iPhone or Android to access your tickets on the day of the event. Scan into the venue with your tickets, head to your seats, and have a great time!
FAQ
Q: How many can I purchase?
A: You can buy up to Six (6) passes. All passes purchased together will be seated together at each game, so if you want to sit with family or friends, be sure to purchase all of your passes in one transaction.
Q: How do I access my pass after purchase?
A: Access your passes by going to ParquetPass.com on your iPhone or Android and log in with the email address you used to purchase.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Parquet Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to the Mullins Center and seat assignments will be managed through your iPhone or Android by going to ParquetPass.com.
Q: Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: No, these are Mobile only passes. You will not be allowed into the Mullins Center without a Mobile ticket on your phone. The Ticket Office will not distribute paper tickets to individuals who have a Power Play Pass.
Q: Are Parquet Pass tickets refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Parquet Pass purchases are non-refundable.
Q: Which games are included with my Parquet Pass?
A: You can choose any combination of 2018-19 regular season home games.
ENTERING THE MULLINS CENTER
Q: How do I get into the Mullins Center with my Parquet Pass?
A: Your ticket for all games can be accessed by going to ParquetPass.com on your iPhone or Android. Login with the email address you used to purchase the Pass and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into the Mullins Center.
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be delivered to your device. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device if you and your guest arrive at the Mullins Center together. You can send your guest(s) their barcodes by tapping the Send button located below the barcode. Barcodes can only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest!
PARQUET PASS SEAT LOCATIONS
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Parquet Pass?
A: Yes, you are guaranteed a seat for all games which you have a pass for.
Q: What if I lose the text message with my pass?
A: If you can't access your Parquet Pass via text message, simply go to ParquetPass.com on your iPhone or Android.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you! Please go to the Mullins Center box office on gameday. The ticket office opens 2 hours prior to gametime, and inform them that you need ADA seats for your Parquet Pass. You will still need the Parquet Pass barcodes to enter the venue, and need to accept your seats in the app.
EXCHANGING PASSES
Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable.
Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A: Yes! Simply tap the Send button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest(s)! Barcodes can only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest!
