Mackey Award: @UMassFootball Tight End Jean Sifrin Added To Mackey Award Midseason Watch List On Monday
The John Mackey Award unveiled its Midseason Watch List on Monday with UMass tight end Jean Sifrin being added to the group. The award is presented annually to college football's top tight end. Sifrin is the second player this year to be named to a national award watch list after Tajae Sharpe was added to the Biletnikoff Award for best wide receiver. This is also the second year that a UMass tight end has been on the Mackey Award watch list after Rob Blanchflower was on it in 2013.
