Christopher Martinez of the Daily Collegian staff took time yesterday to speak with UMass rowing head coach Jim Dietz for a Q&A session regarding Dietz's life-long involvement in the sport. Martinez and Dietz touched on what Dietz expects from the Minutewomen following their run to the 2014 NCAA Championships, how he became the coach he is now and his favorite memories of leading this team.
