UMass' McGovern, Vallarelli Receive Mention In Lacrosse Magazine's Mid-Season Awards & All-Americans Story

Lacrosse Magazine listed their mid-season leading candidates for several major awards and picked their first-team All-America squad as if the season were to end today. In naming the award winners, they also mentioned who else was in top consideration for the award.

Kelsey McGovern earned the nod for First Team All-America and was one of the considerations for the Most Outstanding Defender in the nation.

Rachel Vallarelli was a top consideration for the Kelly Award going to the Most Outstanding Goalie.
