David Vatz of InsideLacrosse.com has an updated look at 10 candidates for Player of the Year this season in collegiate women's lacrosse. Checking in on the list is UMass' Katie Ferris who is also on the Tewaaraton Watch List this year.

10. Katie Ferris, UMass senior attack 
UMass has started 5-0, helped by its senior captain. Ferris has amassed 11 goals and 14 assists with very accurate shooting and passing, with 24 of her 26 shots being on goal. Including a six-point performance against Holy Cross with two goals and four assists, Ferris has earned at least three points in all five of UMass's victories.
