UMass field hockey (6-1 overall) continues its challenging non-conference schedule with a game at regional rival and No. 3 nationally ranked Connecticut (5-0). Daily Collegian staff writer Jesse Mayfield-Sheehan previews the contest while highlighting the successes of both programs this season.

The 7th-ranked Massachusetts field hockey team will be taking on one of its toughest opponents so far on Wednesday when the team travels to 3rd-ranked Connecticut.
