Stephane Lasme Returns To Russia, Signs With CSKA Moscow

After a very successful season where he was named the Euroleague Defensive Player of the Year for Panathinaikos in Greece, former Massachusetts basketball standout Stephane Lasme (@Slasme) will return to Russia where he has reportedly signed a two year, 2.5 million euro ($3.2 million US) deal with Russian champion CSKA Moscow.  Prior to his time in Athens, he spent two seasons in St. Petersburg, Russia.

CSKA Moscow is scheduled to play a  pair of games in the US  as part of an American Tour. They will play at Minnesota on Oct. 7 and San Antonio on Oct. 9.
