Massachusetts Football Announces Spring Game Fan Experience Updates

The annual spring game is set for a noon kickoff on April 25 at McGuirk Alumni Stadium
AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts football will host its Spring Football Game at noon on Saturday, April 25, at McGuirk Alumni Stadium.
In addition to the on-field action, fans will be able to enjoy a full day of family-friendly programming across campus, including a Fun Run with Sam the Minuteman, a Kids Zone featuring a Touch-a-Truck experience and other activities, and a free postgame youth clinic on the field at McGuirk Alumni Stadium.
Admission and parking for the Spring Game are free. Fans are encouraged to claim complimentary tickets in advance by clicking here.
Parking lots surrounding McGuirk Alumni Stadium will open at 8 a.m. for tailgating and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Stadium gates will open at 11 a.m.
Youth & Family Activities
In conjunction with the Spring Game, UMass will host a full slate of activities for children and families.
As part of the UMass 5K Dash & Dine event, a free Fun Run with Sam the Minuteman will take place at 10 a.m. for children ages 8 and under. The Fun Run is open to all participants. For more information on the event, click here.
Beginning at 11 a.m. when gates open, fans can enjoy the Kids Zone inside McGuirk Alumni Stadium featuring:
- Touch-a-Truck experience with a variety of vehicles and equipment
- Inflatables
- Face painting
- Additional youth-focused activities
All Kids Zone activities are free.
Postgame Youth Clinic
Following the conclusion of the Spring Game, UMass Football will host a free Youth Clinic on the field at McGuirk Alumni Stadium.
The clinic is open to children ages 12 and under and provides a unique opportunity to learn directly from UMass student-athletes in a fun, interactive environment.
