Megan Olbrys tallies double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds

ST. BONAVENUTRE, N.Y. – The Minutewomen (8-8, 3-2 A-10) worked their way back into the win column on Sunday, claiming a 67-58 victory over St. Bonaventure (5-11, 1-4 A-10) on the road.
 
Megan Olbrys led the charge for UMass, recording a double-double (18 points, 10 rebounds) on 50% shooting from the field.
 
Yahmani McKayle continued to be a two-way spark plug off the bench, tallying 14 points, 3 rebounds, 3 steals, and 2 assists.
 
Chinenye Odenigbo also reached double figures in the scoring column on Sunday, recording 12 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 blocks on 5-8 shooting from the field.

  • Megan Olbrys scored four of the Minutewomen's first six points, jumping out to a 6-2 lead in the first 4 minutes of play.

  • St. Bonaventure attempted a last-minute surge with the Massachusetts starters on the bench, however an 8-1 run wasn't enough as UMass secured the 67-58 victory.
