Massachusetts Football Announces 2024 Schedule

The Minutemen open the season on August 31 at home against Eastern Michigan.
AMHERST, Mass. – The University of Massachusetts football program has announced its 2024 schedule, which features a six-game home slate at McGuirk Alumni Stadium.
Schedule highlights include three games against the Southeastern Conference, with a home game against Missouri, five games against teams from the Mid-American Conference and a regular-season finale and rivalry week game at home against UConn.
The Minutemen open the season at home against Eastern Michigan on Saturday, August 31, marking the first time since 2018 UMass hosts the season-opening contest.
Massachusetts then hits the road for games at Toledo (Sept. 7) and Buffalo (Sept. 14) before returning home to play host to Central Connecticut State as part of Homecoming Weekend.
The Minutemen close out September at Miami (Ohio) on Sept. 28 and then open October with a contest at Northern Illinois (Oct. 5) before returning home to play host to SEC foe and 2023 Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic Champion Missouri. It will mark the first meeting between the two teams.
After an open week, UMass stays home to play Wagner (Oct. 26) and then begins November by playing at Mississippi State (Nov. 2).
The Minutemen are then home again against Liberty (Nov. 16) before playing between the hedges at Georgia (Nov. 23).
The regular season will come to a close when the Minutemen play host to a rivalry game against UConn (Nov. 30).

Season ticket holders from the 2023 season can expect to receive renewal information from the ticket office via email on Wednesday, February 21.
Fans looking to become a NEW season ticket holder can place a $50 deposit starting on February 21. Those who place a deposit will then be contacted by the ticket office to select seat location(s) ahead of tickets going on sale to the general public.
