Massachusetts Announces 2023 Football Schedule

The Minutemen will play host to Miami (Ohio) on Sept. 9 in their home opener
AMHERST, Mass. – The University of Massachusetts football team has announced its schedule for the upcoming 2023 season, including five home games at McGuirk Alumni Stadium, a neutral site game with UMass serving as the home team and six road contests.
After a pair of road games to open the season at New Mexico State (Aug. 26) and at SEC foe Auburn (Sept. 2), the Minutemen will play host to Miami (Ohio) in their home opener on Saturday, Sept. 9.
Following a road game at Eastern Michigan (Sept. 16), Massachusetts will host New Mexico for the first time in program history. The three-game homestand will continue with games against Arkansas State (Sept. 30) and Toledo (Oct. 7), with the Red Wolves making their first trip to McGuirk Alumni Stadium.
Next up, Massachusetts heads to State College, Pennsylvania, for the second time in program history and the first time since 2014, to face the Nittany Lions. The Minutemen then travel to West Point, New York, to play at Army (Oct. 28).
The Minutemen will conclude play at McGuirk Alumni Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 4 against Merrimack. Then after a trip to Liberty (Nov. 18), UMass will play rival UConn at a to be announced neutral site while serving as the home team.

Season ticket holders from the 2022 season can expect to receive renewal information from the ticket office via email.
Fans looking to become a NEW season ticket holder can place a $50 deposit starting on February 2. Deposit placers will then be contacted by the ticket office to select seat location(s) ahead of tickets going on sale to the general public.
