Men’s Hoops Announces Non-Conference Schedule

The Minutemen open the 12-game non-conference schedule against Central Connecticut State in the Mullins Center on Nov. 7.
AMHERST, Mass. – The University of Massachusetts men's basketball team announced its 12-game non-conference schedule on Tuesday afternoon. The Minutemen host five games in the Mullins Center beginning with the regular season opener on Monday, Nov. 7 against Central Connecticut State.
Non-conference action continues the same week when Massachusetts hosts Towson on Thursday, Nov.10 before heading to South Carolina for the Myrtle Beach Invitational from Nov. 17-20. The Minutemen return to their home court on Monday, Dec. 5 to take on UAlbany and conclude the two-game homestand on Thursday, Dec. 8 against UMass Lowell. The home non-conference slate concludes on Tuesday, Dec. 20 with a matchup against Dartmouth.
The Minutemen play two true road games as part of the non-conference lineup. Massachusetts heads to South Florida on Nov. 29 before heading to Harvard on Friday, Dec. 2 to take on the Crimson. The Minutemen will take on Hofstra in the Hall of Fame Invitational at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Dec. 11 and face off against North Texas in Springfield, Mass. as part of the Hall of Fame Classic on Dec. 17.
New season tickets are set to go on sale on Sept. 7 at 10 a.m. Season ticket prices for new seats will range from $210 to $300. UMass faculty/staff members, seniors, and children (ages 12 and under) are eligible for discounted tickets ranging from $165-$270.
