UMass Sports Insider Airing Thursday This Week

AMHERST, Mass. – UMass Athletics’ magazine-style television show, UMass Sports Insider, will air on Thurs., Nov. 5, at 5 p.m., on NESN. Voice of the Minutemen Josh Maurer hosts the 25-week run of episodes.
UMass Sports Insider will bring viewers a weekly look at the happenings of UMass Athletics, its coaches and student-athletes. Throughout the season, UMass Sports Insider will feature men’s and women’s basketball, ice hockey and many more of the program’s 21 varsity sports.
Show No. 8 will feature football head coach Mark Whipple, a preview of the Atlantic 10 Field Hockey Championship with head coach Carla Tagliente and segments with seniors from the men's and women's soccer programs. Show No. 9 will air Thurs., Nov. 12, at 5 p.m. Additionally, each week after its initial air date and time, UMass Sports Insider will be available for viewing on UMassAthletics.com.
