NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Atlantic 10 Conference will set league broadcasting milestones with a record 288 games live on television and digital outlets during the 2015-16 men's basketball season. There will be 203 televised games and 85 games produced exclusively online. In all, 93 percent of A-10 games will be distributed this season, a record amount of live coverage for the conference.

UMass will have 26 of its 30 regular season games available via a traditional television broadcast and/or live stream. The Atlantic 10 Digital Network will host a dozen games, including the season-opener against Howard on Sat., Nov. 14 in the Mullins Center at Noon. Also included in the A-10 Digital Network package are the home games against Central Arkansas, Boston University, New Orleans, LIU Brooklyn, Rhode Island, Saint Joseph's and La Salle. The road contests at Saint Joseph's, Richmond, Duquesne, Fordham and St. Bonaventure will also appear on the Atlantic 10 Digital Network.

The first television broadcast of the year comes at Harvard where the Minutemen appear on NESN. NBC Sports Network will show the Springfield game at the MassMutual Center against Ole Miss and will also air the Mullins Center contests against Fordham and George Mason and road tilts at La Salle and Davidson. NBC Sports Network games are also available on the LiveExtra digital platform.

The Maroon and White will play on ESPN3 and WatchESPN.com at UCF and Florida Gulf Coast. CBS Sports Network will show the UMass-Providence matchup as well as games at Dayton and Rhode Island. ESPNU will host a television broadcast when the Minutemen visit VCU while the American Sports Network holds the rights for the Mullins Center meeting with George Washington and away games at Duquesne and Fordham. UMass will also receive a local showing for its contest at Richmond via CSN Mid-Atlantic.

There will be 134 games distributed on national television, 107 of which are a part of the previously announced league-record television package. This exposure will be through the conference's four media partners ESPN, CBS Sports Network, NBCSN and American Sports Network (ASN), and an additional 27 nationally televised games via in-season tournaments and away games. The entire 2016 Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball Championship will be a part of the national television package, with all 13 games airing on national television on ASN, NBCSN, CBS Sports Network and CBS Sports.

The Atlantic 10 will distribute 69 games via regional sports networks and local affiliates. The conference also will have 85 games exclusively available on digital platforms, including 76 non-televised home games, which will be carried on the A-10 Network. ESPN3 will carry nine non-conference road and neutral-site games.

Atlantic 10 institutions reside in states that comprise 33.3 million television viewers, approximately 30 percent of the total national media market. There are eight A-10 institutions in the top 25 media markets in the country.

The 2015-16 men's basketball season tips off on Friday, Nov. 13 with nine games, seven of which will be televised. Atlantic 10 Conference play begins the weekend of Jan. 2-3, with all seven games nationally televised.
