* The loss snapped UMass' 9-game Mullins Center winning streak and was its first in 10 home games this season (the BYU game is counted as a home game by the NCAA).
* UMass finished with 10 blocks, tying its season-high set at Rhode Island on Sunday. The Minutemen had six in the first half In the first half of the last three games, UMass has altered 19 total shots (6.3 avg) - with 8 at URI and 5 against La Salle.
* UMass had 11 turnovers, tying its season-low set at Richmond.
* Trey Davis had a career-high 20 points. He finished with five assists and three steals. He made his first two 3-pointers of the game and extended his streak of games with a make to 16 and 18 of the last 19.
* Cady Lalanne record his 10th double-double of the year and 16th of his career as he finished with 11 points and 10 rebounds. He also had four blocks and moved into 10th place on the career list with 124, passing Lou Roe.
* Sampson Carter finished with 16 points, his highest since scoring 20 against BYU on Dec. 7.
