Overall Notes

UMass had a season-low two 3-pointers. UMass' previous low was three, on three occasions. Also, the 11 3-pointers attempted was the fewest of the season. The former low was 12 vs. Memphis on Dec. 18.

Ricky Harris continues to stand fourth in career scoring at UMass with 23 in the game and now has 1,849. No. 3 on the list is Lou Roe (1,905).

Harris continues to stand fourth in career field goal attempts at UMass with 1,439, after he took 18 shots in the game. Next on the list at No. 3 is Lorenzo Sutton (1,518).

Harris also is also seventh in career made field goals list with nine today. He now has 607 in his career. He stands behind No. 6 Lou Roe (661).

Harris continues to be second on the career 3-pointers attempted list with four in the game, giving him 740 in his career. The all-time leader is Monty Mack with 910.

Harris continues to be third in career made 3-pointers (261) with one in the game. Next on the list at No. 2 Anthony Anderson (275).

Harris made four free throws and now has 374 and moved to a tied seventh in career made free throws. He is tied Rashaun Freeman (374). No. 6 is Horace Neysmith with 379.

Ricky Harris scored in double-figures for the 26th time this season in as many games with 23. Harris now has 37 games in a row in double-figures and 90 in his 124 career games. Dating to his sophomore year, Harris has 87 of his last 91 games with 10 or more points.

Harris scored 20 or more points for the 12th time this season and 40th in his career. It was his eighth time in 10 games with 20-plus.

Harris continues to be the A-10's leading active career scorer (1,849). No. 2 is La Salle's Rodney Green (1,819).

Terrell Vinson scored in double-figures for the 13th time this season with 19. It was his most points since his career-high 21 vs. Memphis on Dec. 19.

Vinson had a career-high tying thee steals. He had three against Fordham on Jan. 6.

Sampson Carter drew his seventh start of the season and first since Jan. 23 at Baylor. He started the first five games of the season.

Hashim Bailey had his team-best sixth drawn charge of the season in the first half.

Sampson Carter had his fourth drawn charge of the season and first since the La Salle game on Jan. 10.

Series Notes

This is UMass' first home loss to the Billikens, the Minutemen had two the first two games at the Mullins Center in 2007 and 2008.

Saint Louis leads the all-time series, 6-3 and 5-2 since entering the Atlantic 10.

Also Of Note

Javorn Farrell was suspended for the game after throwing a punch in the game at George Washington. He was not in the building for the game.
