Here's all the latest information on Saturday's schedule of events at the Colonial Clash, being held on Saturday at Gillette Stadium. Check out the details on everything from when the parking lots open to the UMass Pep Rally at the CBS Scene to the halftime performance by the UMass band and more.
Driving Directions To Gillette Stadium. For driving instructions to the stadium go to: DRIVING DIRECTONS
8:00 am - Patriot Place parking lots open for general retail stores and restaurant customers (All of the retail and restaurants through-out Patriot Place will be open for business on game day. For more information go to Patriot Place.)
10:30 am - Student and fan buses, leave UMass from McGuirk Stadium, bound for Gillette Stadium
11:00 am - CBS Scene, home of the UMass Pep Rally, opens
11:30 am - Changes In Latitude music band starts playing
12:30 pm - Tailgating opens in parking lots (Tailgating. All parking lots except those directly adjacent to the retail stores and the movie theatre are open for tailgating. Tailgating is permitted AFTER 12:30 p.m. Fans are encouraged to use the numbers on the light poles to assist in locating friends during the tailgating period.)
12:30 pm - Gillette Ticket Office open for ticket sales (The Gillette Stadium Ticket Office will open at 12:30 p.m. The Ticket Office is located in the Patriot Place Plaza near the ProShop and CBS Scene.)
1:15 pm - UMass Minuteman Marching Band plays to greet the UMass team in the plaza at Pep Rally. The event will feature the UMass Cheerleaders, UMass Drum Corps, the Colonial Honor Guard and Sam The Minuteman
1:15 pm - UMass team walks through Pep Rally on the way to Gillette Stadium
1:30 pm - UMass Pep Rally officially begins at CBS Scene
2:00 pm - Gillette Stadium gates open
2:00 pm - Fidelity Clubhouse and EMC2 Suites open
2:00 pm - Player Will Call opens (The UNH Team Will Call will be located at the Bank of America stadium gates. UMass Team Will Call will be located at the Patriot Place Plaza stadium gates.)
2:06 pm - Teams may take field for warm-ups
3:30 pm - Comcast SportsNet On The Air
3:32 pm - Former Bill Knight Trophy Winners honored at Coin Toss
3:36 pm - Kickoff for the Colonial Clash
Halftime - UMass Minuteman Marching Band performs first with a tribute to the late George Parks. UNH Band will follow with performance
Additional information
PARKING
a. Fans arriving from I-495 (South) will park in the South lots of Gillette Stadium. These lots are on both sides of Route 1.
b. Fans arriving from I-95 (Boston) will park in the North lots of Gillette Stadium. These lots are on both sides of Route 1.
c. Fans with parking passes for either the West Club or East Club Lots will enter at P8 (from I-495) or P1 (from I-95).
d. All spectator buses will park across Route 1 in P10.
e. Post-game. There is to be no post-game tailgating in the parking lots.
