A 25-5 run by Rhode Island late in the first half and into the second half was too much for UMass to overcome as it lost, 59-53, Sunday afternoon at the Ryan Center. UMass will be either a No. 2 or a No. 3 seed in the A-10 Tournament next week at GW. Check back for a full game recap.
