Lowe Named A-10 Rookie of Week

AMHERST, Mass. - Freshman Chris Lowe (Mount Vernon, N.Y.) was named the A-10 Rookie of the Week on Monday after his big game against Siena last Friday. Lowe tallied a career-high 10 points and handed out three assists as the Minutemen downed Siena, 78-69, on Dec. 23. Lowe hit a jumper with 1:06 left to make the score 73-69 and then connected on a pair of foul shots with 49 second left to seal the victory. He also had a steal and a blocked shot.
