PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- The University of Massachusetts men's tennis team (0-15) fell to St. Joseph's, 4-3, in Atlantic 10 conference men's tennis action last night.
The Minutemen started the match off by winning the doubles point. The No. 2 and 3 tandems of junior Eric Reblin (San Antonio, Texas) / freshman Scott Sans Leeb (Lafayette, Calif.) and junior Jed Greenberg (Needham, Mass.) / junior Phil Cohen (Lennix, Mass.) were both victorious by scores of 9-7 and 8-6, respectively.
In singles action, freshman Scott Sans Leeb (Lafayette, Calif.) defeated Van Homer Pangiliman at No. 3, 7-5, 6-4. At No. 5, Greenberg defeated Bob Cappelli 6-2, 6-4.
The Minutemen will play at Villanova this morning at 9:00 a.m.
