Interview With Jodi Culbertson

Coach Culbertson is heading into her 2nd year season on the UMASS staff, after a successful playing career at Central Michigan University. We'd like to thank Coach Culbertson for taking the time to take part in our Coaches Survey Series.
(CHN) How satisfied are you with the 'state of the program'? What do you thinkis needed for your program to the reach the next level?
Our staff here at UMass was just hired in April and the previous staff didn't leave the program in the best state. I think the biggest challenge ahead of us is getting quality student-athletes into our program. We currently have seven seniors and the previous staff did not bring any freshmen in. If we can get the talent we need in here, we will be successful.
