Pam Moryl was a four-year letterwinner for women's lacrosse (1982-85) and head coach Pam Hixon. During her time as a Minutewoman she earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-America First Team in 1984 and was a member of the 1983 NCAA All-Tournament Team. The women's lacrosse program went 40-13-1 during her four seasons with two NCAA Tournament appearances, and one National Championship. Her women's lacrosse totals included 215 points, 170 goals and 45 assists. Her points total ranked second upon her graduation while her goals were the most in program history and stood as the record until Katie Ferris (2011-14) and Sam Rush (2011-14) surpassed her.  She posted 51 goals during the 1984 season, which were the most in program history until Kathleen Typadis broke the record in 2007 
 
While a member of the women's field hockey team, Moryl won four letters (1981-84). During her four seasons the program went to four NCAA tournaments, including Final Four appearances in 1981 and 1983. The team was a combined 60-13-5 during her four seasons. She is currently tied for ninth all-time with 36 career goals, which was third-most upon graduation. She earned NFHCA All-America Second Team in 1983 and was honorable mention in 1984. Moryl was also earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team in 1983.
