2025 UMass Football Credentials Request
Thank you for your interest in covering University of Massachusetts football during the 2025 season. Please use the following form to request credentials for games at McGuirk Alumni Stadium.
Please Note
Single-game credential requests must be submitted no later than the Monday prior to the game. For example, requests for Temple (Saturday, Aug. 30) should be submitted by the end of the day on Monday, Aug. 25.
Single-game credential requests for the midweek November games must be submitted no later than five days prior as well: requests for NIU (Wednesday, November 12) should be submitted by Friday, Nov. 7, while requests for Bowling Green (Tuesday, November 25) should be submitted by Thursday, Nov. 20.
Preference for Game Credentialing
• Credentials will be issued to professional members of media outlets that regularly cover University of Massachusetts Athletics and to regional, national or visiting professional journalists.
• Internet-based outlets may or may not always qualify for credentials and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Internet-based outlets are expected to adhere to the same media rules and regulations as traditional outlets.
Media Usage
Usage of imagery, audio and video taken at University of Massachusetts Athletics events is restricted to editorial purposes. These guidelines are covered in materials issued to reporters, editors and photographers upon receipt of credentials and/or access. They include guidelines on live Internet reporting, notably live description of statistical and/or play-by-play and uses of visual imagery, rules strengthened for televised games.
Facilities Access for Media
The Massachusetts locker room, sports medicine center and strength and conditioning center are off limits to media unless otherwise specified and escorted by a member of the communications staff.

In order to best utilize our space and be aware of who will be present each week, we will no longer be issuing season-long media credentials.
Please select the games you know you will be able to cover this upcoming season when applying. If things change a week out, you would still be able to apply.
For additional information or assistance, please contact Dan Colleran (dcolleran@umass.edu) and Hana Johnson (hanajohnson@umass.edu) in the UMass Athletics Communications office. New for 2025, all parking passes will be digital and emailed out prior to gameday.
