The UMass Athletic Ticket Office is located at the Mullins Center during regular weekday business hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On gamedays, the box office will remain open through the the end of halftime. Will Call is available for pickup at the box office until 1 hour prior to the start of the game, at which point it will move to the Will Call Entrance located on the west side of the arena facing Commonwealth Avenue.
UMass player guest and visiting team will call is only available for pickup at the Will Call Entrance beginning 1 hour prior to the start of the game. Photo ID is required for all Will Call.
Season Ticket Holders who would like to flex their season tickets must do so at least 24 hours prior to gametime. You can flex your season tickets online under your account or by calling your personal ticket representative.
